Well, there is the dude with the vaccuum. maybe they're just trying to CLEAN the flag.
I can imagine Hillary saying, "This flag is SO dirty. Let's get my roadie with the ZZ Top beard and have this thing Hoovered. It's our PATRIOTIC DUTY."
